LDWG Partners Comment on EPA's Proposed Plan

The Lower Duwamish Waterway is a vital part of our region’s economy and history, and decisions about its cleanup that are being made now are important to everyone in our community.

People had a chance to say what they thought about Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) proposed plan to clean up the Lower Duwamish Waterway. The 90-day public comment period closed June 13, 2013 following a series of public meetings and robust conversations about the best ways to clean up the Lower Duwamish.

The Lower Duwamish Waterway Group (LDWG) was part of that conversation and submitted a detailed set of comments reflecting the group's key goals for the cleanup.
